{"id":116,"date":"2011-08-29T19:19:59","date_gmt":"2011-08-29T23:19:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/angamarca.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/?p=116"},"modified":"2016-03-16T10:04:52","modified_gmt":"2016-03-16T14:04:52","slug":"historia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/angamarca.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/historia\/","title":{"rendered":"Historia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>HISTORIA DE LA PARROQUIA ANGAMARCA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-115\" style=\"display: block; margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto;\" src=\"https:\/\/angamarca.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/VISTA-ANGAMARCA-2.jpg\" alt=\"VISTA-ANGAMARCA-2\" width=\"350\" height=\"263\" srcset=\"https:\/\/angamarca.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/VISTA-ANGAMARCA-2.jpg 900w, https:\/\/angamarca.gob.ec\/cotopaxi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/08\/VISTA-ANGAMARCA-2-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La hoy denominada parroquia Angamarca, tiene or\u00edgenes preincaicos, como relaci\u00f3n de esto tenemos \u201cAngamarca la Vieja\u201d, que seg\u00fan arque\u00f3logos y estudiosos se dice que fue un asentamiento de los yumbos, existen pir\u00e1mides truncas o de terrazas, que actualmente no est\u00e1n siendo muy bien utilizadas para el turismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los incas hicieron presencia con Tupak Yupanki, en el territorio denominado Angamarca y de su paso quedan tambos, pucaras, pircas que fueron construidas por los incas, sin embargo los pobladores de Angamarca ofrecieron resistencia a la presencia inca, al mando del curaca Taymaloa, tambi\u00e9n se le atribuye a Cachito Cando y Chuncho Cando quienes ejercieron control sobre las tierras de Angamarca.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la \u00e9poca de la conquista espa\u00f1ola, no se encuentra datos sobre la presencia espa\u00f1ola, es en la Real audiencia de Quito donde se puede mirar la presencia espa\u00f1ola, es en el Siglo XII donde familias espa\u00f1olas de Quito, Riobamba, Ambato, que constituyen un conjunto de haciendas en todo el territorio de Angamarca. El aporte de la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola a la independencia del Ecuador es muy importante, fue la hacienda ubicada en el Shuyo refugio de los patriotas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la \u00c9poca Republicana no se tiene referencia bibliogr\u00e1fica sobre esta \u00e9poca, es en este periodo que se consolida la hacienda en el sector de la sierra, la hacienda como una forma de producci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola y ganadera a trav\u00e9s del peonazgo, huasicam\u00edas y huasipungueros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ETIMOLOG\u00cdA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Angamarca provienen de dos nombres kichwas ANGA que significa C\u00f3ndor o guarro y Marca igual a provincia; lo que significar\u00eda Provincia poblada de c\u00f3ndores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antiguamente se conoc\u00eda a Angamarca como el nido de los C\u00f3ndores, tiene una extensi\u00f3n territorial de 560 Km2 aproximadamente, que abarca a todas las comunidades, barrios y recintos que conforman la parroquia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Angamarca pertenece al cant\u00f3n Pujil\u00ed, est\u00e1 conformada por 28 comunidades o sectores, ubicada al sur de la provincia de Cotopaxi, limitada al Norte por las Parroquias Zumbahua y Pilalo, al Sur por la Provincia Bol\u00edvar y parroquia Simiatug, al Este por Cusubamba y Pasa San Fernando (prov. de Tungurahua) y al Oeste por la parroquia de Pinllopata cant\u00f3n Pangua Ram\u00f3n Campa\u00f1a su poblaci\u00f3n actual total alcanza a 6.700\u00a0habitantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Su fundaci\u00f3n se remonta al 28 de agosto de 1883, de acuerdo a la informaci\u00f3n de la revista \u201cPujil\u00ed, Cuna del Danzante\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HISTORIA DE LA PARROQUIA ANGAMARCA La hoy denominada parroquia Angamarca, tiene or\u00edgenes preincaicos, como relaci\u00f3n de esto tenemos \u201cAngamarca la Vieja\u201d, que seg\u00fan arque\u00f3logos y estudiosos se dice que fue un asentamiento de los yumbos, existen pir\u00e1mides truncas o de terrazas, que actualmente no est\u00e1n siendo muy bien utilizadas para el turismo.
